The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has conducted an investigation training program in association with the Institute for Security and Law Enforcement Studies (ISLES), Maldives Police Services from 25-30 August 2015.
The special guest, Chief Superintendent of Police, Mr. Mohamed Shiham presented program completion certificates to the participants at the closing ceremony held at ACC today. To acknowledge ISLES continuous technical support and cooperation with the ACC, its trainers were also appreciated with certificate of recognition by the Commission member, Mr. Sofwath Mohamed.
As closing remarks the Commission member, Ms. Aminath Minna highlighted that the investigation officers need to utilize the knowledge and skills gained from such training programs to speed up investigations and to raise public confidence. A total of 42 Investigation Officers have participated in the training program. Furthermore, the Secretary General, senior staff of ACC and trainees of ISLES attended the ceremony
