Anti-corruption training conducted for Family Court Staff

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has conducted an Anti-Corruption training program for the staff of the Family Court. The workshop is organized in association with the Department of Judicial Administration. Twenty eight staff of the Family Court attended today’s workshop which covered two sessions from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is planned to conduct for two days each with separate batch of staff.
The main objective of the workshop is to promote anti-corruption awareness and foster integrity among public officials. This program includes training modules on integrity, anti-corruption and procurement related areas. Furthermore, the sessions also covered information about the Anti-Corruption Commission’s Act, corruption prevention methods, integrity in public service delivery, basic principles and procedures to eliminate corruption in procurement of goods and services will be taught in the program. The Vice-President, Mr. Muaviz Rasheed presented program completion certificates to the participants at the end of todays’ program.
