Anti-Corruption Commission has commenced implementation of chapters 20, 40, 60, and 80 of the Anti-Corruption Commission’s Investigation Manual

The Anti-Corruption Commission has commenced implementation of chapters 20, 40, 60 and 80 of the Anti-Corruption Commission’s Investigation Manual that is currently being drafted as part of the Commission’s initiative to establish effective and standardized procedures for investigations carried out by the Commission.
The chapters 20, 40, 60 and 80 of the manual have been endorsed by the Commission and are in effect from 14th February 2016. The manual contains inter alia procedures for reviewing the complaints received by the Commission, and uniform procedures for investigation officers and other staffs of the Commission having a role in the investigation of the cases.
Prior to the implementation of the said chapters, ACC conducted training to all staffs responsible for carrying out the functions addressed in the chapters. The training was held in ACC on 11th February 2016.
