Anti-Corruption Commission implements guidelines on clarification of criminal record from the Commission

The Anti-Corruption Commission has drafted and commenced implementation of [Guideline on clarification of criminal record from the Anti-Corruption Commission].
The guideline stipulates the procedure for the clarification of records following a request for such, and the criteria for determining whether an applicant requesting the information has a criminal record in the Commission. The guideline thus provides for the determination of a record pertaining to a case concluded by the Commission or pertaining to an ongoing investigation.
The guideline also stipulates the mode of communication for submitting a request for information of criminal record; and the criteria for determining whether an applicant requesting the information has a criminal record or not in the Commission. Clarification of criminal record from the Commission would also be provided from the Anti-Corruption commission Southern Regional Office after commencing to implement the guideline.
