The Dhivehi Language Day of the Maldives has been observed by the ACC for the year. On the occasion to mark the importance of this day, a staff assembly was held at the Commission on 14th April at 09:30am. The visiting Chief Guest for the assembly Mr. Amjad Rashaad, a linguistic scholar from Dhivehi Language Academy delivered his speech for the day stressing on the importance of preserving and practicing the local language at all works of life. Furthermore, a special message from ACC was delivered by the Chairman Mr. Hassan Luthfy and Secretary General, Mr. Abdulla Rasheed. The function ended with collective views expressed on behalf of all the staff.
