Based on the cases concluded by the Commission during first three months, the 6 cases forwarded to Prosecutor General’s Office carried a total of 10 different charges. The highest numbers of charges were on undue advantage for a third party. Likewise, 5 charges on providing undue advantage were sent for prosecution and it was observed that all the individuals involved in these cases are males.
Moreover, 3 charges on kickbacks from government projects/ funds for 3 individuals and 2 charges on gaining undue advantage for 2 individuals were sent for prosecution during the first quarter.
