Under the initiation of Transparency International, the ACC is to collaborate with Transparency Maldives to participate in the research for Anti-Corruption Agencies (ACA) strengthening initiatives that is being administered in the ACAs of Asia Pacific region.
The main objective of this research is to capture and analyze the internal and external factors affecting the operations of ACAs including its approaches and outcomes whereby its findings are to provide recommendations to strengthen the agencies. The Transparency Maldives delivered a presentation on the process of this research and conducted discussions at a meeting held in the ACC on 08th August 2016, at 1000 hours.
