New chapters added to Anti-Corruption Commissions “Investigation Manual”, chapter 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720, and 1100 has been set to come effect on 03 October 2016. The new Investigation manual chapters have been drafted on the subject of the works cried out to re-review and strengthen the investigation related rules and regulations.
New Investigation Manual which will be effective on 03rd October 2016 comprise of rules and procedures of summoning and taking statements, rules of procedures of obtaining a court warrant and conducting a forensic analysis and also on concluding investigation reports. To educate the relevant concerning staffs, commission had an education session in ACC conference room from 25 September 2016 to 28 September 2016.
