Department of National Registration has signed the National Integrity Pledge at a function held at Anti-Corruption Commission on 19th October 2016 at 14:30. Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC)’s Vice President Uz. Muaviz Rasheed and Commissioner Mr. Sofwath Mohamed attended the ceremony. Senior officials from the Department initiated the signing during the function. A total of 43 staff signed the pledge.
Speaking at the ceremony, Department of National Registration’s Director Ms. Fareeda Yoosuf reminded that the institution provides one of the most fundamental services and that the service has to be delivered responsibly. She hoped that signing the pledge will strengthen staff integrity.
The Vice-President of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Uz. Muaviz Rasheed delivered his statement on this occasion on behalf of the Commission. He welcomed the initiative from Department of National Registration and thanked them for signing the pledge.
