The commission introduces a new system that enables people who lodge cases to the commission to easily check the status of their case and check the steps taken by the commission regarding the case, in real time through SMS. This option is only available for those who identify themselves and provide their contact details with the submission of the case.
Through this system the person who lodged the complaint, can easily check the steps taken by the commission regarding the case. If the case is concluded they can check how it was concluded too. Moreover, if they want to check the status of their case, they can easily do so with the use of the reference number given to them upon registration of the case at commission.
This system, which was developed by the IT section of the commission, was launched by the president of the commission, Mr. Hassan Luthfee at the ceremony held today, to launch ACC’s new computer software “AIMS”.
