ACC undertook second training course on the Criminal Procedure Act

The Anti-Corruption Commission has conducted its second training program on Criminal Procedure Act (Law number 12/2016). During the training sessions, staff were trained on criminal investigations, pressing charges and court procedures for such crimes under the Criminal Procedure Act. The second batch of the training program was attended by 29 staff and a total of 65 staff of ACC has been trained within the two training programs. The 3 days’ program was conducted by a team of ACC staff who has been trained under the TOT program of AGO and UNDP.
Chairperson of ACC, Mr. Hassan Luthfee and Vice-Chairman Mr. Muaviz Rasheed honored the closing ceremony and distributed the certificates to all the participants. Speaking at the ceremony, Vice-Chairman Mr. Muaviz Rasheed stated that this program is beneficial and assistive for the working environment of ACC staff.
