The Anti-Corruption Commission’s annual Statistics Book for the year 2016 has been released on 20th April 2017. The book was officially launched by the Vice Chairperson of ACC in a ceremony held at the Commission to celebrate the National Anti-Corruption Day 2017.
This publication gives information about the works of the Commission for the year 2016. It includes comprehensive statistical information regarding cases lodged to the Commission, cases concluded, number of awareness programs conducted, number of recommendations issued and various other data on investigated cases. The aim of publishing the statistics book annually is to disseminate timely statistics as to abide disclosure of information to the public and ensure the Commissions’ responsibility on transparency and accountability.
