As a momentous event, the old General Regulation of ACC has expired and from 18 April 2017 onwards commission follows a brand new General Regulation.
The new General regulation has been drafted on the basis of including the changes brought to criminal justice system with the operation of law number 12/2016 (Criminal Procedure Code) and also for the purpose of further strengthening the investigation speed of the commission.
Newly introduced General Regulation also deals with, rules of filing a complaint, rules of investigation summons and rules of right to hire a lawyer.
Upon the introduction of new General Regulation an information session was conducted in ACC conference room for all the concerning staffs. In this session the new changes brought to the regulation was educated to participants. This session was conducted by commissions legal team.
