Anti-Corruption Commission’s Financial Statement Audit 2016 has been completed and Auditor General’s Report was published on 20th July 2017.
In that report, Auditor General has given “Unqualified opinion” and stated that ACC’s 2016 Financial Statements was prepared under the International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS): Financial Reporting under the Cash Basis of Accounting. Furthermore, in that report stated that, ACC Financial Statement gives true and fair view of the financial position of the organization for the specified period.
In ACC’s Audit report, Auditor General Office stated their view on compliance of State Financial Act and Regulation. They indicated that, programs of the ACC’s annual budget approved by the parliament has mostly achieved as mention in that budget. As well as, they stated in Audit Report that, ACC’s other financial activities were mostly undertaken according to State Financial Act and Regulation.
