The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has conducted an Organizational development training session for its staffs. The main objective of this session is to increase the level of inter-personal trust among employees and to increase employees’ level of satisfaction and commitment.
This training program was organized in association with the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI), and was conducted by the visiting Professor attached to the University of Southampton, School of Management. Total of 30 staff from ACC participated the training session which was held on 16 August 2017, Wednesday.
