The Anti-Corruption Commission of the Maldives (ACC) has released its 3rd issue of the quarterly bulletin, “Bithufangi”. The main aim of Bithufangi bulletin is to disclose, disseminate and share information on important works of the Commission with public, and to increase public awareness regarding integrity and anti-corruption. This issue of the bulletin was released by the Commission Member Mr. Yazmeed Mohamed, on 10th December 2017 in a ceremony held at the Auditor General’s Office to mark the International Anti-Corruption Day 2017.
The bulletin for the third quarter was released as a special edition for the International Anti-Corruption Day 2017 and contained a statement by the Commission’s Chairman Mr. Hassan Luthfee. The bulletin contains a summary of one of the cases concluded by the Commission during the third quarter of 2017. Furthermore, the bulletin includes the Commission’s statistics, important news and activities and a true story regarding corruption.
