ACC Deliberates the Annual Strategic Action Plan Exercise

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) conducted a two-day meeting to discuss a way forward with Strategic Action Plan (SAP) with its Leadership and Senior Management Team. It was held at the Commission’s conference hall from 27th – 28th December 2017.

This meeting was executed to typically reaffirm the organizations’ mandate, policy objectives and set new strategic goals, align resources, articulate in detail policy guidance and directions, tactics and activities that the entire organization will engage in the forthcoming year of 2018. Specifically, the deliberations reflected on the areas of management and administration, finance, corruption prevention and research, awareness and education, investigation and legal issues.

This meeting addressed the various organizational challenges that was experienced from the implementation of SAP last year. The leadership is committed to tackle those challenges for better efficiency and effectiveness to rapidly drive the organizations performance. This strategic level meeting is an important annual process in transforming the organization to embrace, engage and coordinate the changes that was discussed.
