The Commission’s statistical data for the fourth quarter of 2017 discloses that the highest number of cases registered is procurement related.
There was a total of 69 procurement related cases registered at the Commission during this period while this amount stood at 98 during 2016.
Additionally, a total of 37 employment related cases were registered in the fourth quarter of 2017 while it was 34 cases during the fourth quarter of 2016.
Moreover, 30 cases were registered regarding land related and island/land leasing issues in the fourth quarter of 2017. In terms of ‘other’ category, 46 unclassified cases were registered during the same period of 2017.
