An awareness session regarding anti-corruption, advancement of integrity, and familiarisation with procurement regulations has been conducted for public officials in high posts of state institutions and private companies, on Wednesday, 18th July, 2018. The ‘Procurement Training’ and ‘Anti-Corruption Awareness Training’ sessions were conducted by ACC at the Directors Training Programme organised by the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA). The 3-hour session focused on integrity and the role of the Anti-Corruption Commission, as well as familiarisation with the chapter on procurement in the Public Finance Regulations.
The session, with a total of 33 participants from 27 different institutions, was conducted by professional staff of ACC. The programme was conducted in the Conference Room of Maagiri Hotel in Male’.
This activity was conducted by ACC to promote integrity and anti-corruption awareness, on the request from CMDA.
