The Commission’s statistical data for the second quarter of 2018 discloses that the highest number of cases registered is procurement related.
There was a total of 44 procurement related cases registered at the Commission during this period while this amount stood at 55 during last year.
Additionally, a total of 15 employment related cases were registered in the second quarter of 2018 while it was 19 cases during the second quarter of 2017.
Moreover, 23 cases were registered regarding land related and island/land leasing issues in the second quarter of 2018. In terms of ‘other’ category, 42 cases were registered during the same period of 2018.
