An awareness session regarding anti-corruption, advancement of integrity, and familiarisation with procurement regulations has been conducted for public officials in high posts of state institutions and private companies. The ‘Procurement Training’ and ‘Anti-Corruption Awareness Training’ sessions were conducted by ACC at the Directors Training Programme organised by the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA), on Tuesday, 15th January, 2019.
The 2-hour 30 minutes’ session focused on integrity and the role of the Anti-Corruption Commission, as well as familiarisation with the chapter on procurement in the Public Finance Regulations. The session, with a total of 27 participants from 19 different institutions, was conducted by professional staff of ACC. Participants signed the National integrity pledge after the session which was conducted in the Asaree Maalan of SHE building.
