Anti-Corruption Commission’s delegation participates in 2019 Seminar on Anti-Corruption for Officials of Maldives

A delegation from Anti-Corruption Commission is participating in the 2019 Seminar on Anti-Corruption for Officials of Maldives hosted in Qingdao, China. The delegation comprises of 20 participants from Anti-Corruption Commission.

The main purpose of this workshop is to gain knowledge and experience on procedures and techniques used in China for combating and preventing acts of corruption. Apart from this, the delegation will learn about the administrative structure of the Chinese government and their culture.

Addressing at the opening ceremony, President Mr. Diao Jiandong from Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College spoke about the relationship between Maldives and China, and shared information regarding China and Shandong province.

Commenced on 14 May 2019, this workshop will be continued for a duration of 20 days. This workshop is initiated and organized by Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College with the assistance of Chinese Embassy in Maldives and Ministry of Commerce of China.
