An awareness session regarding anti-corruption, advancement of integrity, and familiarisation with procurement regulations has been conducted by ACC for public officials in high posts of state institutions and private companies. The ‘Corruption Prevention and Procurement’ session were conducted by ACC at the Directors Training Programme organised by the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA), on 10th July, 2019.
The 2-hour 30 minutes’ session held at the training room of STELCO, focused on integrity and the role of the Anti-Corruption Commission, as well as familiarisation with the chapter on procurement in the Public Finance Regulations. The session, with a total of 31 participants was conducted by professional staff of ACC.
