Highest number of cases registered at ACC is procurement related

According to the second quarter’s statistics of 2016, the highest number of cases registered in the Commission are procurement related, similar to the previous quarter. ACC commenced investigation trips to the Atolls

The Anti-Corruption Commission has commenced field visits to islands that require investigation. Two investigation teams are currently deployed to Noonu Atoll and Thaa Atoll to undertake investigation activities. They will be on island visits through 20th August – 08th September 2016.
