What is Right to information?
Every person has the right to information produced, held or maintained by the state institutions which, may be useful for research and education. Also, right to information promotes transparency and accountability in the state institutions.
Every person has the right to information under the Act no: 1/2014 (Right to Information Act) which was published in the government gazette on 12th January 2014 and came into effect on 12th July 2014.
