All works related to the members are executed by the ACCs Members’ Bureau. The ACC members attend to meetings on cases or meetings for other matters are usually arranged for Sundays. However, depending on the reason for the appointment, a meeting can be arranged for other days of the week as well. Decisions on appointment requests usually takes place within 7 working days. The following considerations are taken into account before an appointment is given.
Order of the appointment request will be taken into account.
Appointment will not be provided to incomplete appointment requests.
If an appointment holder is unable to attend a meeting, the commission should be informed 30 minutes before appointment due time.
Appointments related to joint meetings with all the commission members will be arranged after 09:00am.
