Memorandum of Understating (MOU)<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Public Service Media:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To provide assistance and to work together in carrying out projects initiated by ACC with the aim to prevent corruption and foster integrity, and also to authorize PSM to act as the media partner in covering events organized by ACC such as conferences and ceremonies.<\/p>\n

Fenaka Corporation Limited:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To nominate as the title sponsor of the National Anti-Corruption Conference held from 10th to 11th May 2017 to prevent corruption and to promote integrity in the society.<\/p>\n

Islamic University of the Maldives (IUM):<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To work together and provide assistance in executing IUM mandates and legal responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Radio Atolls:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To collaborate in the production and broadcast \u201cBithufangi\u201d radio program Season 4.<\/p>\n

State Electric Company Private Limited:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To enhance cooperation in preventing and combating corruption.<\/p>\n

Maldives Finance Leasing Company (MFLC):<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To introduce MFLCs Lifestyle Lease scheme to ACC staffs.<\/p>\n

Prosecutor General\u2019s Office:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To identifying areas in which both institutes can assist each other and stipulating procedures how that assistance can be provided. Also to pave the way for effective investigation by providing legal assistance from PGO and has stipulated assistance can be provided by each party during the trial of corruption cases.<\/p>\n

Maldives National University (MNU):<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To conduct the course, \u201cCertificate 3 in Public Procurement and Financial Regulation\u201d, through collaborations between ACC and MNU\u2019s Business School.<\/p>\n

Transparency Maldives:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: Working together to successfully and effectively deliver the research activities under the \u201cStrengthening Anti-Corruption Agencies in Asia Pacific\u201d initiative.<\/p>\n

Maldives Hajj Corporation Limited (MHCL):<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To facilitate the ACCs staff to join and avail the benefits of the employee\u2019s scheme of the Hajj Corporation. In addition, this scheme will help employees to retain an allocated amount of their salary at the Hajj Corporation and will facilitate Hajj and Umrah services according to the policies set by Hajj Corporation.<\/p>\n

Ministry of Defense and National Security:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To conduct a \u201cLeadership Enhancement programme\u201d for the staff of ACC to maintain mental fitness, enable teamwork and leadership skills in promoting national unity and spirit.<\/p>\n

Information Commissioner\u2019s Office (ICOM):<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To enforce the responsibilities outlined by the law to work together and strengthen the relationship between the two agencies. Also, to engage mutual understanding between the two agencies to exchange and share information, maintain support between the institutions through its professionalism and law enforcement need, conduct related training programs and provide assistance in implementing the Nation Integrity Plan.<\/p>\n

Club Maldives:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To be the \u201cSocial Partner\u201d for the MILO Club Maldives Cup 2016 and 18\/30, Women\u2019s Futsal Fiesta. Also, agreed to work on improving awareness on corruption related issues among the community.
\nSangu<\/strong> TV
\nPurpose: To broadcast \u201cBithufangi-2\u201d, program organized by ACC which consists of 13 episodes. This drama series is to increase public awareness regarding corruption and focusing on the impact of corruption in different sectors.<\/p>\n

Ice TV<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To broadcast \u201cBithufangi-2\u201d, program organized by ACC which consists of 13 episodes. This drama series is to increase public awareness regarding corruption and focusing on the impact of corruption in different sectors.<\/p>\n

Channel 13<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To broadcast \u201cBithufangi-2\u201d, program organized by ACC, which consists of 13 episodes. This drama series is to increase public awareness regarding corruption and focusing on the impact of corruption in different sectors.<\/p>\n

\nPurpose: To create and broadcast \u201cBithufangi\u201d, program organized by ACC to increase public awareness regarding corruption.
\nMalaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)<\/strong>
\nPurpose: Working together in exchange of information on community education to enhance public awareness on anti-corruption, exchange of experiences in detecting corruption and providing technical assistance to strengthen the anti-corruption activities.
\nDhivehi Academy<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To aid with the \u201cDhivehi language\u201d used in ACC\u2019s attempts in combating corruption and fostering integrity in the society. Also, to educate and inform about anti-corruption and promote integrity in the academy\u2019s various events.
\nTransparency Maldives<\/strong>
\nPurpose: Working together in improving Anti-Corruption Agencies in Asia Pacific countries to prevent corruption.
\nHousing Development Finance Corporation Public Limited Company (HDFC)
\nPurpose: To ensure easier administration in attaining loans for housing needs.
\nMaldives Islamic Bank (MIB)<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To facilitate ACC employees with the financial schemes opened for working individuals by the Maldives Islamic Bank.
\nMinistry of Economic Development<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To share information received on investigating cases relating to companies, local investments and sole proprietors to help on the ongoing investigations.
\nDepartment of National Registration (DNR)<\/strong>
\nPurpose: To collect identity information on summoned individuals in investigating cases.
\nAdvocacy and Legal Advice Center (ALAC) \u2013Transparency Maldives<\/strong>
\nPurpose: The aim of this MOU includes sharing of information and reporting fraudulent or suspicious corruption activities.
\nMaldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA)<\/strong>
\nPurpose: Providing support in facilitating the efficient implementation of laws enforced by both the organization and assisting to take actions against corruption cases and tax related crimes between the two institutions.
\nMaldives Police Service (MPS)<\/strong>
\nPurpose: Working together in eradicating corruption in government sectors and making rules and parameters in reducing fundamental complications in investigating corrupt bodies. In addition, to provide assistance in finding perpetuators of corruption, exchange of information, sharing of expert opinion and taking actions according to the laws and regulations.
\nAuditor General\u2019s Office<\/strong>
