The purpose of the Bid Committee is to examine if the bid was conducted in accordance with the \u201cPublic Financial Regulation\u201d and give approval to the bids. This committee consists of seven members including the chairperson of the committee.<\/p>\n<h4>Committee members:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Hassan Manik, Deputy Director (Chairperson)<\/li>\n<li>Mariyam Liusha, Investigation Officer<\/li>\n<li>Aminath Rasheedha, Investigation Officer<\/li>\n<li>Ali Shameem Adam, Senior Education Officer<\/li>\n<li>Ahmed Yameen, Deputy Director<\/li>\n<li>Safath Habeeb, Legal Officer<\/li>\n<li>Adam Shamil, Assistant Investigation Officer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Discuss and give approval to procurement related bids in accordance to \u201cPublic Finance Regulation\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Examine if procurement evaluations are conducted in accordance to the\u201d Public Financial Regulation\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Human Resource Development Committee<\/h4>\n<p>Human Resources Development Committee is formed under the Article 22 of the \u2018ACC Training Policy\u2019 with the purpose of providing training opportunities for ACC employees, advising ACC members regarding training and capacity building of employees and carrying out researches related to employee training.<\/p>\n<h4>Committee members:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mohamed Saleem, Secretary General (Chairperson)<\/li>\n<li>Majid Hassan, Senior Investigation Officer<\/li>\n<li>Adam Shamil, Assistant Investigation Officer<\/li>\n<li>Hassan Manik, Deputy Director<\/li>\n<li>Rifaath Ali, Assistant Director<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that ACC employees applying for national and international training programs meet the requirements set out in the ACC employees training policy and to advise the Commission on the subject matter<\/li>\n<li>Advise the Commission members regarding the programs for training and development of employees<\/li>\n<li>Research and advise the Commission regarding employee training programs and to fulfil all the responsibilities assigned to the Committee by the Commission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Performance Appraisal Committee<\/h4>\n<p>The ACCs Performance Appraisal Committee is established under Article 18 of ACCs Performance Appraisal and Promotion Policy to assess employee performances and award promotions.<\/p>\n<h4>Committee members:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Ali Ashraf, Commission Member (Chairperson)<\/li>\n<li>Mohamed Saleem, Secretary General<\/li>\n<li>Rifaath Ali, Assistant Director<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and analyze employee performances covering details about selection of deserving employees for promotion, bonus or any other actions and deliberate discussions to the Commission members<\/li>\n<li>Investigate appeals regarding issues of performance appraisal<\/li>\n<li>Advise the Commission regarding the implementation of employee promotion and performance appraisal procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Committee on Preventing Sexual Harassment and Sexual Abuse<\/h4>\n<p>The Committee on Preventing Sexual Harassment and Sexual Abuse is formed under the Article 17 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act to investigate and take actions regarding sexual harassment and sexual abuse issues.<\/p>\n<h4>Committee members:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mariyam Shiuna, President (Chairperson)<\/li>\n<li>Aishath Abdulla, Commission Member<\/li>\n<li>Abdul Azeez Moosa, Superintendent of Investigation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<p>The responsibility of the Committee is to investigate and take actions regarding sexual harassment claims by employees at work environment.<\/p>\n<h4>Review Committee<\/h4>\n<p>Under the Rights to Information Act, clause 42 articulates that if a complaint has to be raised against the Information Officer (IO) or a decision made by the IO need to be appealed by the subject, it can be done through the Review Committee of the institution.<\/p>\n<h4>Committee members:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Moosa Ali Didi,\u00a0Deputy Superintendent (Chairperson)<\/li>\n<li>Safath Habeeb, Legal Officer<\/li>\n<li>Aishath Areefa, Senior Case Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<p>The main responsibility of the Committee is to review complaints received and decisions undertaken by the IO and consider remedial actions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bid Committee \u201cBid Committee\u201d is a committee that needs to be formed in every public office of the government under the clause number 10.13 of the \u201cPublic Financial Regulation\u201d.
