The delegation comprises of 17 participants from Anti-Corruption Commission and 3 participants from President\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Commenced on 17<sup>th<\/sup> June 2017, this workshop will be continued for a duration of 21 days. This workshop was initiated and organized by the China Academy of Discipline Inspection and Supervision (CADIS) with the assistance of Chinese Embassy in Maldives.<\/p>\n<p>In the opening Ceremony of the workshop, the Vice President of Anti-Corruption Commission met with H.E Mr.Yang Xiaodu, President of CADIS and discussed the prospects of the workshop and expressed gratitude for the continued assistance provided by the Chinese government for different aspects of development of Maldives and also for assisting in Maldives\u2019 efforts to combat corruption in the country.<\/p>\n<p>The main purpose of this workshop is to gain knowledge and experience on procedures and techniques used in China for combating and preventing acts of corruption.
