Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has donated equipment to Fiyavathi Children\u2019s shelter in Hulhumale to mark National Anti-Corruption Day. The equipment\u2019s were handed to Fiyavathi on 21st April 2017 during a children\u2019s evening organized by ACC in Fiyavathi. Chief Executive Officer of Fiyavathi Ms. Fathimath Shiyama accepted the equipment on behalf of the shelter.
\n\tThe main aim of the event was increasing ACC\u2019s participation in social causes. Commissioners and staff along with Fiyavathi\u2019s staff participated in the children\u2019s evening. Various activities were conducted for the children in Fiyavathi and gifts were handed to each child. A total of 22 ceiling fans and 20 mattresses were donated to Fiyavathi which were funded by the staff of ACC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
