The report was released by Chief Guest of the ceremony, State Minister Dr. Abdulla Nazeer. A presentation was delivered focusing on the findings of the research.<\/p>\n<p>The study was conducted from 13<sup>th<\/sup> to 15<sup>th<\/sup> November 2017 at Fuvahmulaku City. The Social Audit Research is the first of its kind in the Maldives under ACC\u2019S Social Audit Program to lead the community. It was initiated in the aim to train and empower the island stakeholders through increasing transparency and accountability in the governance system. The research was focused on the Eco-Facility Development Project being executed in Fuvahmulah City by the Ministry of Environment.
