This was awarded to ACC at the ceremony held at the Information Commissioners Office on Wednesday night 17th October 2018, to mark the International Right to Information day. At the event, the president of ACC Mr. Hassan Luthfy received the award on behalf of the ACC.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Ranvana 2018\u2019 is awarded in order to motivate government organizations to voluntarily disclose as much information as possible, encourage to maintain information in a way that is easily accessible, the extent of information disclosed on websites, availability of up- to date information on the institutions notice board and maintenance of meeting minutes of that organization.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst, the ACC won the \u2018Ranvana Award 2016\u201d and \u2018Ranvana Award 2017\u2019 as well, the award was given based on two categories.
