The guideline thus provides for the determination of a record pertaining to a case concluded by the Commission or pertaining to an ongoing investigation.<br \/>\nThe guideline also stipulates the mode of communication for submitting a request for information of criminal record; and the criteria for determining whether an applicant requesting the information has a criminal record or not in the Commission.
